Corrupted Design Terms & Conditions

Corrupted Design like plain English that is easy to write and read. We don't like Lawyer speak, so we've instructed our legal team to word our terms in a language that is understandable to all. So here are our terms and conditions of service.

For the purposes of clarity, Corrupted Design shall be known as 'Us' or 'We' or 'CD'; the customer shall be known as 'You'or 'TC'.

1. CD reserves the right to refuse their services to any individual, business or company. (It's not in our policy to refuse business, but in extreme circumstances, we might have to regretfully turn you down. Ed.)

2. CD will not start work on any project until a non refundable deposit of £25.00 UK Pounds has been paid.

3. CD reserves the right to charge a larger deposit on large, bespoke projects due to time constraints and extra time given to your project. (We're serious about your project, so we need to make sure you're taking us seriously. Ed.)

4. You will receive a written contract stating CD's Terms and Conditions, also stating everything in a ledgible format, what is expected of us when we take on your project. Any additions to the contract can be made at any time, but we'll issue a new contract and will require a signature from TC before work will be completed on that specific item.

5. Full payment is due within 10 business days of your website or completed project going live. You will not receive any copies of design work, or hard copies of the website until payment has been made in full.

6. Payment will be made by Paypal or by Bank Transfer only. We cannot accept any other forms of payment including cash, cheques (in US - Check), IOUs, LOCs.

7. CD reserves the right to make any changes to your website at any time for the good of the website's performance and your benefit.

8. Nobody knows your business/service/band/etc. like you do. We don't write text for your website, we expect you to. All text must be original and not plauguerised, and provided to us at the time of paying your deposit. If you don't provide the text, we will still expect payment upon completion. We can paste in text later, however, when our job is done, it's done. Text or no text. This issue cannot and will not be used to extend credit periods.

9. Any special offers we may advertise will have an order code attached. To take advantage of a special offer, we require that you tell us that code before you order. Without it, we cannot and will not honour that promotion.

10. We offer various incentive schemes to you, our customer. Any customer you have referred to CD will have to have paid in full to redeem your incentive. Although we allow you to advertise to take advantage of our incentives, spam will NOT be tolerated.
