Corrupted Design Payment Policy
There are two ways in which we will accept payment for our services.
Paypal
By using Paypal, we are able to accept credit cards of various types in any currency. Paypal also provides a safe and secure transaction for your peace of mind.
Bank Transfer
If you prefer, we will provide the details of our bank account so that you can instruct your bank to transfer payment into our account for the payment of services.
Payment Policy
When you are ready to place an order, we will send you a written contract to sign and return to us. This is a form of protection for both parties and it clearly defines everything that Corrupted Design will carry out for you, to be agreed on by both you and ourselves.
Upon signing your contract, we ask for a non-refundable deposit of £25.00 Sterling to be paid by Paypal or Bank transfer. This is to ensure you're serious and to cover our initial administration costs if you recind on our contract, which we hope you don't! Work on your website or design project will not begin until the deposit is paid.
Corrupted Design will then produce one page of your website and will be shown to you online. When you have seen that first page, we'll ask you to send us an email stating that you're happy with the design and layout, and we should continue with construction.
Once the website is complete and shown online, we'll ask you to have a look at every page to make sure you're happy with everything. If you're not, you'll need to send us an email stating every point you're not happy with so that we can fix everything to your satisfaction. You will only get one chance to do this and any changes that you would like us to make after the event will be charged to you at a rate of £25.00 per hour.
Once you have signed off the design and layout, we'll invoice you for the balance payment. Until the balance payment has been made in full, we shall not promote your site and it will not be registered with any search engines. and if payment isn't made within 10 business days of completion (except for extreme circumstances or prior agreement) we reserve the right to take the website down.
All work remains the property of Corrupted Design until full payment is made.
